Is there any difference between a hate crime and a non hate crime? That would be difficult to hold up in court.
“Hate” crime legislation is race pandering legislation. The biggest problem with it is it requires reading someone’s mind. Frequently even people cooperating can’t tell you why they did something.
Proposing hate crime is just another form of Kissing Back Ass
After seeing pictures, I now understand the hate crime charge.
I didn’t really need to look, but thought I’d confirm.
Hate crimes are unconstitutional just like about a million other laws on the books in this country.
The constitution is dead.
The implication is murder is a lesser crime that “hate.” If you can get them for murder, well, slap on the wrist. But hate! Whoa! We’re going to nail him!
Another one of Satan’s fr’kn animals loose in the country!!
Just get him off the street for the rest of his worthless life. He’s not worth fighting over. Crime? Hate crime? Just get him out of society.
I have no problem with such laws. I do,however, have a big problem with the fact that punching a 40 year old black guy can get me twice as much time as punching a white guy. Ditto fags, moslems, etc, etc.
Dude didn’t kill those guys because they were hispanic.
Killed them because their large extended gathering(s) disrupted a quiet suburban neighborhood and ignored the effect of their partying on the neighbors, like blocking cars in driveways.
This was not the first rodeo between these neighbors. When Ma called her son about her driveway being blocked, he went over and had words with the party guys. Then for some reason several of them came over to Ma’s house to “ discuss” ..or argue…and being an angry nut…he shot them.
Seems like just moving the cars politely would have solved the issue.
This is so strange. Here in Annapolis, we just don’t have these types of crimes. I hope it is not a sign of coming events.
