If you build it, they will come. Disney World was pretty much a swamp at one time. I’m guessing this new place will be a lot less expensive than Disney.

Can anyone explain to me how a population of 10-15 thousand people (mostly retirees) can support a few million visitors per year? Check out the area. Grand Lake is a big tourist area with a 66 mile long lake, and many other attractions.
