UST IN: Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel is leveling felony charges against 16 Republicans that signed a certificate stating that Donald Trump won the Michigan's 2020 Presidential Election.
Each of the 16 people—including TOP Republican officials—will be charged with the following eight felonies:
• Two counts of election law forgery
• Two counts of forgery
• Uttering & publishing
• Conspiracy to commit forgery
• Conspiracy to commit election law forgery
• Conspiracy to commit uttering and publishing
If convicted on all charges, these 16 Republicans (whose average ages are almost 70), face up to 94 years in prison and tens of thousands in fines.

What the Michigan GOP electors did in 2020 was no different than what the Hawaii Democrats did in 1960 when the state's election results were still in dispute on the exact date when the electors were required to meet and certify the results under the U.S. Constitution.

There was no intent to fool anyone, and nobody was in fact fooled. Everyone knew that the outcome was being lawfully questioned. This is an attack on free speech.

They just need to say they weren’t aware that this was a crime, cite every Democrat who has played the ignorance card (you mean, like with a cloth?) and then say this is all about politics.
Probably not until it causes a direct personal impact to enough people.
Although we're approaching that tipping point, the dissolution of our Republic and our Constitution continues pretty much unabated or effectively challenged.
