Dr. Shiva thinks that because he was born in Bombay, India, and that he has since become a "naturalized Citizen" of the United States, that it is unconstitutional that he not be allowed to serve as President and Commander-in-Chief, or VP. He has declared his intention to run for the Presidency. He swore an oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution when he naturalized. Now he wants to ignore it. He can constitutionally serve as a U.S. Senator or Member of the House of Representatives, or as a Governor, but not as the President and Commander in Chief, or the VP.

There’s also something really off with that guy. E.g., he has for years been pressing anyone watching him on youtube to pay for canned political coaching (note: he’s never come close to winning anything politically) via his systems analysis. He has the idea somehow that anyone who didn’t study such at MIT is incapable of thinking holistically.

I think he is correct re: Trump and RFKJ, but he is not the answer. Like RFKJ, he is more liberal than conservative, but he has less knowledge and background to what he comments on than RFKJ at least does. Thus, he’s somewhat off on almost all his analysis.

My grandfathers were born in Brooklyn, NY and Meriden, CT in 1893 and 1895. Their four parents were subjects of Her Britannic Majesty Victoria Alexandrina and the German Emperor Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Albert at the time of their birth.

When both of them registered for the draft in 1917, their draft cards had three citizen statuses to choose from: 1) Natural born; 2) Naturalized; 3) Alien.

Now, neither of them were naturalized. They both chose or were assigned “natural born”, as they certainly were not aliens.

This “two citizen parents” nonsense keeps cropping up from time to time.

So, what were they, CDR Kerchner, according to your analysis?
