There may be some merit to this, if it turns out to be reliable and harmless, especially for the less prosperous world struggling to feed themselves. A lot more efficient to grow soybeans than to raise hogs.

When they start manipulating genes, a roulette wheel of spontaneous, uncontrollable, and unpredictable changes occurs in the host’s genetic code.
