I watched enough of that video to discern that the critter with the dog-muzzle is female, taking artificial testosterone injections in order to do a bad job of pretending to be male.
Then I clicked away ... the desire to belabor it about the head with an axe-handle became overwhelming.

About 20...delusion started at about puberty...public support for delusionary thinking...instead of antipsychotics...she is on testosterone..inappropriate dress is a standard feature for psychosis...fits the general pattern for schiz...but with a “woke” vibe. Next psycho please...we used to try and cure these people....now we celebrate their “choices” as if they have been enlightened..
