Most of them are not the enemy as much as being unaware enablers (if that’s the right term).

That’s something I speculate a great deal over. About. Whichever is correct. The thing I worry about most is Why do parents bring their young children near him? Are they in on the deal? Is this some kind of code, like the parent is showing all the other chomoes that s/he is down with pedophilia, or what....?
Another thing I wonder bigly over: Why hasn’t anyone had a blanket party on this fiend yet? People online get SO TRIGGERED by child pr0n, child r*pe, child abduction, and all those things. Everyone seems against it. People are always accusing those they have a problem with of being a child predator, and yet this guy does his sh1t RIGHT IN EVERYONE’S FACES and nobody ever takes him outside and beats him to a bloody pulp.

I have talked about this before: People I have known in the past, including a former bf I lived with for 10+ years, were into this stuff and they start out as VICTIMS. I’ve heard a lot of victimization stories, and yet when I say “Is this guy still alive? Where does he live?” (Right?) “LET’S GET HIM” they’re like “No, I just want to forget about it!”
And then they end up going pro and getting into formal slave-trading. They end up victimizing others and you see they don’t get in trouble for it - in fact they are often highly regarded by others, have lots of friends, seem to be successful even when they’re not doing all that much.
I know the psychology is complex. However, when there’s a ton of evidence on some child-m0lesting scum - like Brandon - nobody ever seems to make a move or express even a bit of public disapproval. People keep offering him their kids.
One of the folks I know was victimized described that the victimizer was popular in the neighborhood and was the unofficial babysitter for kids whose parents weren’t home during the day - Just go over to this guy’s house, there’s a party every day! Lots of kids there! Whee, they’re having a “naked party” where everybody gets to take his clothes off, including the victimizer’s teenage daughter. SO MUCH FUN.
The original victimizer remains a free man, living in the same city and doing his thing. No consequences.
Then 20 years later you find the victims who “just want to forget about it” doing this to other people’s kids. One of them runs for public office every few months in a different location and rakes in donations from “conservative voters.”
Why?
