Italy says they made pasta first.
The Chinese say, no, actually it was them who made it.
The debate continues on low boil.
I was making a small lunch for someone using macaroni.
They were out of milk, so I used mayo to make a cream and added a wee bit of Pesto to it. Lightly dusted with Parmesan.
