I can’t wait for SCOTUS to strike down Obergefell v. Hodges.

But we know, that decisions which support the liberal viewpoint, are praised as extending civil rights to oppressed peoples and all that.

So homosexual marriage is NOT considered as an activist court imposing a certain policy on the country. Because it was in support of a liberal cause.

That would be a pleasant surprise. I said SCOTUS would never overturn Roe, so at this point I have a "never say never again" attitude. It would be especially awesome if Clarance Thomas wrote the decision doing so. Liberals would have meltdowns and even the "that ship has sailed, better get used to gay marriage as the law of the land" group of surrender monkey conservatives on "our side" would get a wake up call.

The Chevron case is more important than all of them in terms of impact. It will affect everyone. If the SC doesn’t reverse the rats have an open field to use the climate BS to inflict misery and dependence on everyone. I think much of the hysteria is to intimidate the SC to give the left that one after a string of wins for us.

Same here, but since Scotus ruled butt-fu*king a constitutional right in Lawrence v. Texas in 2003, it will be extra-difficult to overturn faggot marriage.
