He has been saying this and other similar things for 16 months with regularity. Every single thing he has said has been incorrect. Obviously not a credible source of information. Yet he keeps on being posted.
At some point, this could very well end up being correct. Then no doubt some will post and claim he “has been right all along” and champion him as a credible source.
Pretty crappy situation. In the Soviet Union, at least they had two options, to listen to the Western press, or read between the lines in their own Pravda or TASS.

Hard to tell at this point, it really depends on how quickly the Ukrainians expend their remaining Western weapons.

Russia’s goal never was to take Kiev.
Their goal just like in 2014 when they took the Crimea, was to go after ethnic areas they can relatively easily hold onto in the long run.
They shot towards Kiev early on because that forced the Ukrainians to pull forces from the areas they actually want to take and hold. Ukraine also knew what the Russians will go for. The so-called great Ukrainian counter offensive was the Russians withdrawing.
It’s pretty much just a war of attrition at this point with the lines fairly much drawn.
Obviously he means that military that NATO spent most of the past decade has been ‘neutralized’ when he says they’re all dead.
Ukraine is now reduced to people they sweep up from the streets, give a few weeks of training, and then send to the front lines, and it makes sense that they are demoralized.

Being ex military serving with the 82nd, I most certainly take the Colonel’s assessment over the loads of emotional bad Vlad computer commando’s frequently posting.
That said, having worked in Moscow training Ivans, ( and limited Ukie exposure) my humble boots on the ground assessment agrees with the Colonel, Mercouris, Beretelic, Ritter, and a few other ex- military commentators.
That said, having also worked for our DOS as an “ advisor”, I know the lengths our government goes to hoodwink the public. Crimes of Ommision is their largest offense….I am amazed at the amount of low information citizens supporting senile Joe’s Ukie war.
