Nope, they gave Hunter a sweetheart deal to protect his dad, and I suspect this creates a firewall to prevent charges against his dad. Hunter probably didn’t have to agree to turn over additional information, provide evidence against his dad, and so forth. Corrupt, political deal.
So, I can hide up to $2.5 million and not be worried....................

Yes a billionaire paid Hunter’s unpaid taxes. That is income to Hunter. Hunter needs to pay the federal (and CA state) income taxes on the amount paid on his behalf. It is a gift to Hunter. I’ll bet he won’t.

Stripper-Ex is definitely going back to court on that. I would expect her and her lawyers are demanding a massive audit to assess All of the potential child support she should get.
I would also assume that Hunter did NOT disclose these funds the first few times in front of the judge?
What charges can that bring?

I this only about federal taxes? Wouldn’t his state of residence (California?) want to collect its piece of the pie? I haven’t been following this very closely, so may have missed any mention of it.
