A California mom has claimed her 19-year-old daughter was 'murdered by gender ideology' after the CPS removed her from her home because her parents didn't affirm her transgender identity.
Abigail Martinez stood before the California Judiciary Senate last week to blame gender ideology for taking her daughter Yaeli's life.
Yaeli Mozelle Galdamez died by suicide in September 2019, three years after CPS removed her from her mother's home.
In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com in March 2022, Martinez accused her Los Angeles County school of encouraging Yaeli to take hormones and undergo gender reassignment surgery as a child, while failing to properly treat her severe depression.
'The school was telling her to go to these LGBT groups behind my back. She went from questioning her sexuality to her gender,' she said.
At the hearing last week, Martinez said her daughter was murdered by a gender ideology'.
'CPS took my daughter when she was 16 years old. It was helped by her public school counselor and LGBTQ group and another trans-identified girl.
'My daughter was taken from her loving home because the state of California claims I was abusive for not affirming her trans identity. I lost my daughter over a name and pronouns.'

I bet if she kills the doctor who did the butchering of her daughter at least a couple of jurors would go not guilty on the basis of juror nullification. Maybe a couple of cases like that would slow the nonsense.
In the Boebert vs MTG fight I made the suggestion instead of filling impeachment charges against everyone which will go nowhere why not file legislation that attempts to stop this kind of ins, it won’t get passed but would show solidarity with parents all over the country
What is the suicide rate for transgender people? I have heard that about 50% attempt suicide within something like three years. If anyone can find a source for this statistic then please ping me.

Well, they are holding hearings on that, which is usually a precursor to legislation, so they are probably planning that. Congress just moves like molasses.
I have witnessed their stupidity and corruption by observing and listening to the student workers I have had in my department over the years. In one case one worker was threatened with her kids being taken away if she didn’t lie on someone they were investigating. She said I didn’t witness her do anything wrong with her children so how can I say this? Do I get her kids taken away to save mine because my Mom and myself baby sat one of her kids for a total of 4 hours and the child was happy, un-injured and laughing, having slept most of the time when her mom picked her up? I suggested she retain an attorney and she found one who did free work for the poor on the side and CPS backed off. The end result was she had to sever ties with her friend and never speak to her again.
My son is a police officer and when you say CPS you either get a laugh or sigh of disgust.

The state/promoters advance the lie, with great assistance from media, that suicides are the result of hateful/mean parents preventing their children from transitioning; rather than transitioned children being depressed because they see what they have done that can not be undone.
They did kill her daughter.
Bet you whoever authorized the hormones never did a deep dive on her numbers or ran more than the cursory labs.
Further, the school is not staffed with licensed psychologists that specialize in sexual disorders.
Did they even check her for tumors on her glands?

For people with endocrine issues, gender dysphoria and depression go hand-in-hand. For example, women with post-partum are having adrenal issues (part of the endocrine system). The same system that drives sexual development also controls the chemicals in the brain.
For far too many young people, they are experiencing insulin insufficiency which can lead to depression. Instead of treating the underlying issue or addressing any other source of their depression (mental illness), they are running to the trans bus thinking that changing their gender will change their life. It doesn’t. It makes life worse because they are not actually trans to begin with.
