Garth Brooks says he loves "diversity." Well, I just read a document regarding recommendations to develop future workforces in the U.S. The author is the head of HR for a major U.S. corporation. In the document, the author advises that all companies train their managers on how to properly "manage diversity efforts." The author also highly recommends that all managers must understand that employees come from "various backgrounds and cultures." And managers must also ensure there is pay equity and that various "minority" employees are given "safe spaces."

I'm sorry but "DEI" and "safe spaces" and all that other nonsense is destructively detrimental and will only serve to make employees dumber and severely damage companies. So unless the goal is to completely destroy Corporate America and U.S. capitalism, it's an obviously huge mistake. But I'm sure China's communist leaders love that New Direction for the U.S. The anti-U.S. George Soros loves it, too.
