I am betting this Judge Hinkle has a few Trans kids in his own family and has chosen to bow before all their strange demands. Such Judges may find it difficult to remain impartial when rendering judgement on such cases.
I absolutely do not understand for even one single second how this kind of thing can be allowed on a minor.
They are not allowed to enter into contracts, except in the rare cases of a emancipated, minor, and from what I understand, that only encompasses 17 year olds, or maybe even 16 year olds at the earliest.
I see this kind of thing as a major camel nose in the tent for something. And whatever that something is, it isn’t good in any way, shape, or form.

I can safely say that my knowledge of my gender identity is not based on an internal sense or feeling. I KNOW I am a woman because I was born one and have the lady bits to prove it.
Nor have I “wanted” to be something else because basic logic informed me that it is unpossible to be a man any more than I could be a horse or a tiger.
