A federal judge sided Tuesday with families who sued over Florida’s ban on gender transition procedures for minors, declaring that “gender identity is real.”
A group of families, backed by several LGBT activist groups, sued Florida in March shortly after the rule restricting minors from accessing surgical sex change procedures, puberty blockers and hormone therapy took effect. Northern District of Florida Judge Robert L. Hinkle, a Clinton appointee, granted a preliminary injunction against the law to prohibit it from being enforced against the plaintiffs, arguing that the “great weight of medical authority supports these treatments.”
Hinkle repeatedly stressed the reality of “gender identity” in his ruling.
“With extraordinarily rare exceptions not at issue here, every person is born with external sex characteristics, male or female, and chromosomes that match,” he wrote. “As the person goes through life, the person also has a gender identity—a deeply felt internal sense of being male or female...”

One is to open our culture to the idea of children's "body autonomy" and ability to consent. That will inevitably lead to the idea children can and should have adult relationships with adults or other children. It's also about abortion. This is probably an extension of the abortions for minors dogma on the Left anyway.
I also think it's about lowering voting age. There are communities that allow 16 year olds to vote in local elections and there's a piece just posted that New Zealand is considering it nationwide.
The Right has never fought hard enough to balance the insanity in "education" and we're seeing the fall out.
In a rational society, subjectivism cannot have primacy over Objectivism because it is based on personal opinions and beliefs, rather than objective reality.
If DNA can put you in jail for the rest of your life or free you from jail.
Then, it can easily end these ridiculous/insane debates over what is a woman and whether a man can get pregnant.
Ancestry Science via DNA doesn’t switch the mothers with the fathers or vice versa in your family tree.
Nor does it consider an imaginary sexual phantasy by some insane Trans Psycho!
Nor does it consider the Trans sex deniers as reality
