Disneyland Hires Grown Man with Moustache in Dress to Greet Little Girls at Bibbidy Bobbidi Boutique Disneyland has hired a grown man wearing a dress to greet young girls at the resort’s Bibbidy Bobbidi Boutique.
In a video posted on Twitter by Jason Jones, the grown man wearing a moustache and a dress is seen greeting little girls as they walk into the dress boutique in Disneyland.
Disneyland Resort states the “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique offers magical makeovers for royalty-in-training ages 3 to 12.”

Disney famously publicized their decision to allow men to wear dresses at the resort at the end of the pandemic.
As Inside Magic reports:
“Boutique Cast Members were formerly called “Fairy Godmothers in Training” but will now be called “Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices,” according to an update on Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort’s websites.
This change is more gender inclusive and will allow Cast Members who don’t identify as female to participate in magical Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeovers.“
The news comes just days after Universal Studios Hollywood announced they would host an after-hours “Pride” celebration featuring drag shows for both adults and children.
The event will take place on June 8 during Pride month, featuring photo ops with beloved children’s characters and drag shows at Universal Studios.
Our last visit was about the same year when our youngest was four. We haven’t been back since.

I am curious as to the demographics of Disney park attendees.
Is there a significant percentage of adults either child-less adults or adults with children who visit unaccompanied by said children or grand children? Can there be significant demand for this type of employee in this job in the parks? Or is this a deliberate trolling of traditional values people by Disney Management who are betting it won’t be noticed by or bother most average attendees? Have they written off all those who may make a decision to boycott based on this? Not all Disney management can be ideologues without business savvy??

I’ve known some ex-Disney employees who have worked at the WDW in Orlando way back in the beginning, when it first opened up.
It was the same back then as now, it just wasn’t as obvious and open as it is now. They have no fear of the Public or boycotts...............

It’s interesting that Disney is apparently NOT doing this to meet customer needs and expectations, but to cater to their own insane woke desires:

Customers don’t like it? Tough nooggies! We have 0.1% of our “cast members” to satisfy with our woke fetish.

I’m trying to make some sense of what is driving these decisions by them and what their calculations are. Doesn’t seem to make any classical business sense yet are the wokesters THAT embedded and powerful within that organization to cow the rest as they make these decisions?
How long does anyone think that Disney can remain in the business hierarchy spot they have traditionally occupied while doing this?
No, this way they connect with the REALITY of the story.
They are at the point where they have enough power and control over the culture that profits really don’t matter.
They will continue to have huge crowds and profits. People are changing, our society is changing. All of this nonsense is becoming acceptable.
