There was quite a bit of difference between the two diets.
Regardless, we all need to get healthier. Choose a healthy diet and reduce your weight.

“Very low carbohydrate diets can improve blood pressure, blood sugar levels and weight control (Better than DASH)”
Only took 15 years for the medical community to concede that their idiot patients were right all along...

The “Take Charge Of Your Health” Ping List
This high volume ping list is for health articles and studies which describe something you or your doctor, when informed, may be able to immediately implement for your benefit.
Email me to get on either the “Common/Top Issues” (20 - 25% fewer pings) or “Everything” list.

I’m an Ophthalmologist who early in my career specialized in diabetic eye disease and saw horrible things pre-A1C.
Now closer to retirement I’m more an Optometrist but when I inform my diabetic patients about things that can happen to them if they don’t get their sugar under control, they’re shocked.
Either their docs aren’t talking about it or it goes in one of their ears and out the other.
Gonna start giving these people flyers on the DASH and VLC diets.
Thanks for posting this.
