A California special needs student has slammed her high school after teachers allegedly branded her a 'bigot' and 'homophobic' for refusing to learn about lesbian sex.
Thelma Gonzalez, a pupil at Glendale High School, had been enrolled in a health and relationships course by her mom Marina Vivar.
Vivar specifically ticked a box exempting her daughter from being taught 'anything LGBTQ+ or about sexual acts which were gay in nature'.
She says this was not respected and that she was taught about lesbian sex acts including scissoring and the use of female condoms.
After her daughter allegedly spoke up saying she shouldn't be learning this, Vivar claims her daughter was called a 'bigot, intolerant and homophobic'.
Speaking to Glendale City Council on Tuesday, Vivar said: 'My daughter was taught such acts as scissoring.
'When my daughter expressed that she should not be in these classes, she was called a bigot by her teacher, she was called intolerant, and she was called homophobic.
'These are all terms she didn't know, they are not part of our vocabulary at home.
'She simply expressed that due to her Christian beliefs it goes against her morals. At that point a staff member told her to look at her skin color.'
Gonzalez also told the city council: 'I once got in trouble in the girls locker room because I did not dress down in front of other people.
'There are male teachers inside the girls' locker room. I was scared, I was terrified, because I was afraid of an adult male staring at me while I was changing.'
An investigation was conducted by principal Benjamin Wolf and concluded that nothing had happened.

These adult men were probably the kind who say they “identify as” women and thus allowed to get away with it. They used the Magic word.
It’s about the end of this school year for most high school kids, so maybe the young lady can deal with these strange people for one last month, but the Mom would be better off looking for a different school in the fall.
That principal has twisted ideas of what’s ok behavior in a school.
His staff cannot be trusted.
Today the perv would be celebrated.
My question is why in the heck they are teaching how to perform any sex act in schools and especially special needs kids!?

When I was in school, we learned to do that in home ec class.

Thia happened not at a junior high school but at the once-renowned Glendale High School. Incidentally, their sports teams are called the Dynamiters or the Nitros.

AND, use the ADA Americans with Disabilities Act. Recently, in Sacramento, Kalifornia (of all places) some wheelchair-bound individuals successfully sued and removed large homeless/bum encampments under large highway overpasses. Underneath these large overpasses are long, wide sidewalks, and the sidewalks were completely covered with tents, pallets, crap, etc. The people who could not ever walk could not maneuver their wheelchairs to get past the crap, get to the other side (to shop, medical appointments, etc). About 2 months ago I was coming home in the late evening, and noticed one sidewalk was COMPLETELY CLEAR. It even looked as if they had power-washed the sidewalk surface. I then drove up and down about ten blocks, and they were all wiped clean. (Yes, I realize the bums and mentally ill went somewhere) It was nice to see the area cleaned up. The next day I began to research, and learned about 2 lawsuits using the ADA. In Kalifornia, the ADA lobby is stronger than the Homeless Industrial Complex, for now.
