From statehouses to the presidential campaign trail, Republicans are escalating their political attacks on transgender people – a reflection of what they see as a cultural fight their base is eager to wage.
Despite a poorer-than-expected showing in last fall’s midterm elections when various GOP candidates campaigned on anti-transgender rhetoric, many conservatives have only amplified their attacks this year.
And in recent days, those attacks have turned into new forms of mockery and political retribution, as Republicans seek to turn transgender rights into a flashpoint by seizing on social media controversies and exercising their rule-making power in statehouses where they hold large majorities.
In New Hampshire during a town hall last week, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations and 2024 Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley mocked and misgendered Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender woman who received conservative backlash after she posted videos promoting Bud Light, Olay and Nike. Haley referred to Mulvaney as “a guy dressing up like a girl making fun of women.”

There is a massive fear of the left, and the media, in this country.
The way the issues are discussed and presented, causes fear for those opposed, for being called racist,sexist, homophobic, etc.
We see it on issue after issue.
If you oppose affirmative action, you are a racist.
If you oppose abortion on demand, as espoused in Roe vs. Wade, you hate women, and you want women impaled on a coat hanger.
if you oppose all this global warming business, you oppose a clean environment, in fact, you actually want air and water pollution.
If you oppose illegal immigration, you are xenophobic, and are lectured about the poem on the Statue of Liberty, as if that poem has the force of law on immigration.
If you oppose all this LGBT you are homophobic and transphobic, and you actually want “transgender” children to die, because they have a high rate of suicide.
Many in public life, do not want to have to be put on defense on some of these issues. They don’t want to be called transphobic and homophobic by the media.
This is the world we live in. Conservatives are always on the defensive, and having to explain that no, we don’t hate someone, we don’t want kids to die, we don’t want a dirty environment, etc.

Yep. They way they twist things around is part of the reason we have so much anger in this country. This is no “attack” on anyone. It’s a protection of what’s left of our morals as a country.

There is nothing wrong with that statement. If someone declared himself to be a dog, he would be insane, because humans cannot become dogs. If a man declares himself a woman, he is delusional, because a man cannot become a woman.

This story is a good example of leftist propaganda technique.
They call the legislation being passed as being an “attack” on transgender people.
The liberals twisted reasoning ability, says that barring these medical procedures on minors is an attack. Legislation which results in leaving these kids alone, not doing anything like that, is considered an attack.
Ditto, the issue of biological males playing in sports with females. Sometimes the media falsely says that they are “banning” or “prohibiting” the “trans” from playing sports.
THIS IS NOT TRUE.
What these laws do is say that you must compete with others of the same sex. Nobody is being disallowed from participation. These “trans” who identify as female are free to compete on the male sports team.
Per the liberals, it offends their sensibilities, to think that someone calls a male playing dress a male.
What Nikki said is perfectly ok with us, but to the leftists and liberals, it is outrageous and will cause them to faint, to think that someone “misgendered” a “transsexual” person.

What even most Republicans don’t understand is that those tasked with spreading these alarming claims knew from the get go that these a bogus claims that were invented to gain control over the populations of the West. Every one of the “crises” listed is a propaganda invention and a population manipulation tool to destroy the wealth and resources of the U.S, Canada, and the rest of the West. These mantra that have been pushed into academe and the big corporate media are completely bogus. Even after irreversible damage is done, the brainwashed will not understand that they were used as patsies. The January 6 trials are intended to scare all Americans from publicly expressing opposing opinions and from ever showing up a any rally anywhere. Everybody now knows that any and every person can be targeted and destroyed for standing up for rationality and for facts and for actual science, not Soviet and Chi.Kom propaganda lies and coverups.
