NASHVILLE – Athletes must refuse to compete against transgender girls to ensure sports go back to being fair and reserved for biological females, former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines told Fox News.
"We have to have girls who, when the whistle blows, they don't run, they don't swim. They stand up on the block and they don't go," said Gaines, who swam for the University of Kentucky.
"It's unfortunate, of course, to ask women to make that sacrifice because these are their sports, they should be entitled to playing," she added. "They shouldn't have to give up anything to get changes."
Since tying for fifth with transgender University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas in the 200-meter NCAA championship last year, Gaines has advocated that women's sports must be reserved for biological females. But more athletes will be robbed of their titles before enough people stand up and demand change, Gaines said.
"I think people are really beginning to get fed up with this," Gaines said. "I think initially, maybe two years ago, maybe we thought we could coexist and that we could allow trans women into our spaces because we could be inclusive."
"But now we're seeing, of course, that doesn't work," she added.
In the 2022 NCAA championship, Thomas swam in three final heat races and won the 500-yard freestyle. CeCé Telfer was the first transgender athlete to win an NCAA title, taking gold in the 2019 Division II Track and Field 400-meter hurdle. And on Sunday, American Austin Killips became the first transgender cyclist to win an official Union Cycliste Internationale race, the Tour of the Gila.

If no then I hope the trannies kill women “set aside sports’, most wouldn’t exist if title IX didn’t force colleges to reduce male athletes to create scholarships for women sports no one watches.
In essence the women are bitchin the stolen scholarships in wemen sports are now getting stolen back. Yeah it suck but you wanted special rules rather than sports that could support/pay for scholarships. Now NCAA men’s football alone pays for them dykes playing their games. Except when the dykes get pushed aside by a guy pretending to be a dyke.
Before everyone complains, it’s a fairly well known fact that dykes make up a large portion of college women athletes. It’s almost like being at KFC (get it - finger lickin good). 🤣
Universities will just expel them if they don’t run or swim. They’ll label it a hate crime and out the door you go.

I believe the trannies are going to lose this fight because it is one of the areas where their insanity is crystal clear.
That is a good opportunity to lean into the display of insanity and tell the public at large that the people writing other policies regarding this gender nonsense also believe men aren’t stronger than women.
Right now most of the public has misguided compassion regarding these “trans minors”. They falsely believe giving them puberty blockers and hormones is the least bad choice among the worse ones.
Sort of like it used to be with lobotomies. People actually believed lobotomy is a way to help. Even the Kennedys lobotomized one of their daughters and they weren’t viewed as evil because of it.
Well intentioned, but everyone has to be all in. Don’t think for a second that leftist college administrations won’t start pulling scholarships for individuals that take a stand against the gaystopo. If the whole Team is onboard and refuses to compete that will put the administration in a tight spot.
The bicycle racing association is already backpedaling (heh-hee) from this madness after a man won the women’s Tour of the Gila race last week.
I do agree with Riley Gaines. Just don’t run. We need to stop this insanity!

Women worked hard for their places on teams...asking them to give all that up is a big ask. But something needs to be done. Refusing to submit and refusing to compete against sicko males is a pointed start to a much needed discussion.
