Germany will look like North Korea at night before all this is done.
To: Red Badger
Ya....Price Control....that always helps with supply.....
Then the Marxists will nationalize the industry and really screw things up!

AI writes another article that is inaccurate. Is that really the rate for gigawat hours?
To: Red Badger
The cap, which would be set at 0.06 euros ($0.07) per gigawatt hour (GWh), The price makes no sense. I pay about 11 cents per kilowatt hour, so that price would be less than one millionth of what I am paying ($110,000 per gigawatt hour).

Zero, unless in a shortage and it comes from non German nuke power.
To: Bonemaker
They shut down all their nuke plants and now complain about the cost of electricity.....................

Best way to create a shortage is to give something away for free.
But wow, at those prices I could afford a few gigawatt hours (GWh) a day myself. Somebody may need to check those numbers...
To: Red Badger
$0.07 per gigawatt hour (GWh)??? Are gigawatts different in countries using the metric system?
To: Red Badger
I hope that is “Europe’s on its own” if a war breaks out and they keep doing stupid stuff like this.
Of course, we are right behind them.

7 cents per GWh? No way, I pay about 10 cents per kWh now. 1 GWh = 1 million kWh.
