I save every delicious drop of bacon grease! I don’t bake as much as I used to, (gone low carb) so I’ve had the same bottle of Canola oil for probably a year.

I have a good recipe for oatmeal-based muffins that use no oil, if anyone is interested.

I tend to group that under lard.

But it is really good for frying potatoes.
