Political commentator Tomi Lahren has said conservatives will continue to boycott Bud Light until they 'acknowledge' the mistake they made after their disastrous partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
The beer brand presented Mulvaney with personalized cans showing her face, which she promoted on April 1st.
Fans of the beer erupted in fury with a boycott was declared, Kid Rock used Bud Light cans as target practice, and $5 billion was wiped off the value of the brand.
Two senior marketing executives have taken leave of absence amid the fiasco.
Now, Lahren has weighed in on the fury saying that conservatives will continue to boycott the beer until leaders 'acknowledge' their mistake.
Speaking to Fox News, the 30-year-old said: 'Conservative consumers matter and I think that Bud Light and all other companies out there are starting to realize that the hard way.
'Until they come out and actually acknowledge it head on, conservatives are still going to be upset and we will not be drinking Bud Light - I can promise you that.'
Lahren had been responding to a commercial Bud Light had launched which was a clear nod to American country music and its fans, and designed to appeal to its more traditional market.
The company had to resort to disabling comments on the YouTube video after being criticized for it.

I never drank it before, because it sucked.
I am hearing from my cousins that work for a local distributor that sales are off more than 80%.
Ditto.
Yes. I can’t imagine why anyone would go back to drinking this beer anyway. Running ads with horses and flags are a pathetic attempt at pandering.
i wonder what kind of sales they were expecting in the long hot days of summer ahead?
the cinco de mayo? 4th of july? dog days of august?
hehehe, should be interesting to see the fallout.
Stupid statement. Nobody drank Bud Light over other light beers for taste. It was always marketing. Now that people have changed they won’t go back. Who does this dummy speak for?
They won’t apologize.
They can’t.
The parent company is Euro-woke....................
Who decided Tom Lahren, whoever that is, decides what conditions are necessary to stop the boycott?
Here’s a fair condition:
AB can step up and announce their total support for
Build the Wall
Drain the Swamp
America First in All Things
Pro 2nd Amendment
Pro Life
That would be a start. Then they’ll need to start writing checks to candidates of either party that support those specific definitive principles of conservatism.
She is such a dummy. They are not going to apologize. Only conservatives fall on the floor apologizing for their beliefs when they are attacked.
It’s NOT a boycott. It is a perception change.
BudLight is now a Trans Beer. An apology will not change that.
And now all the trannys and queers are going “Yecechh...this is shitty beer!!” and they won’t be drinking it either
“until they ‘acknowledge’ the mistake”
No, forever.
Keep them on the mat, make AB the EXAMPLE of our version of wrong thought
I think you may be on to something. Bud was always marketed well and I suspect than many people who drank and wanted a lighter beer naturally went to Bud Light, even though brands light beers generally are much different than the non light, Heineken is a great example. I remember when Miller Lite was heavily marketed, Great taste, less filling. You don't see that as much but Bud light is perhaps the most marketed light beer.
sales down much much more.
irreversible.
And Subaru is a lesbian or Karen car.
Toni......Wrong! Woka broka! Then again, they’re stable includes so many other labels they’ll do just fine.
AB has spent billion of advertising dollars to build the Bud Light Brand, and they destroyed it to push the DIE Agenda. and bolster their social credit scores.
This is much bigger than just a beer brand.
They need to be made an example of.
Targeted weaponized boycotts work
