Fed-up judge orders dodgy Hunter Biden to show up to court for paternity case, floats ‘incarceration’

Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop landed him in more trouble Monday as a fed-up Arkansas judge referred to it in ordering the president’s son to appear at his next child support hearing in person.

The dragged-out effort for Biden to take responsibility for the fourth of his five children, four-year-old daughter Navy Joan Roberts, born to Lunden Roberts, has included continued excuses for not being present during hearings. However, according to a report from the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, his absence will no longer be tolerated.

The determination came Monday during a virtual hearing where attorneys for Roberts and Biden sat before Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer. During the call, the judge ruled, “From now on…I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct. I will no longer allow us to excuse clients…because it is interfering with the progress of litigation, which is taking way too long to get over simple points.”

As previously reported, Roberts’ attorney Clinton Lancaster had contended Biden was “flaunting the dignity and authority of the court” after he had failed to submit documents requested in the child support lawsuit.

“This court should incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders,” Lancaster had argued Friday adding, “There is no valid excuse or justification for the defendant’s failure to provide the required disclosures as the court has granted every single protective order the defendant has asked for since the inception of this case…the defendant is playing games with this court.”

Biden’s time avoiding his legal problems may have finally come to an end with Meyer’s order that he should appear at an in-person hearing scheduled for May 1 at the Independence County courthouse in Batesville, Arkansas, and with it any chance at further dodging ownership of his infamous laptop.

Well, everybody knows there are untold loot sequestration locations in a vast assortment of off shore corporate entities.

Off shore means there is no evidence that can be presented in American courts.

To paraphrase an old, old quote:
I wonder, how many divisions does Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer have.

Navy? Why are kids being given such weird names these days? Fortunately, she has a normal middle name, which she will probably use when she is older.

Assuming the Arkansas judge issues a warrant for Hunter Biden’s arrest, this would require another jurisdiction place him under arrest and extradite him to Arkansas. That is no certainty if Hunter is hiding at the White House. Typically, contempt arrests do not fall under the category of offenses bringing extradition. Usually, it happens only for felonies.

There is no way to guarantee hunters safety while locked up.

The president can't do his job if his family in in danger.

seriously. make all the jokes you want.

Hunter is untouchable as long as joe biden is alive.

“The president can’t do his job if his family in in danger.”

And that’s a BAD thing ... Joe not doing his job?

“Nice try, but I’ve never met a guy named ‘Holly’.”

Nice try... Indeed

Per the WWW:

“The masculine names Holly, Hollie were derived from the surname, but have mostly fallen out of use since the mid 20th century due to the rise in popularity of the feminine name. Hollis is an English surname derived from a Middle English holis “[dwelling by] holly trees”; it was also used as a masculine given name.”

Is it a coincidence that County Judge Meyer feels confident enough to be fed-up with Hunter Biden at the same time there are indications that federal prosecutors may charge him?

The name Holly is not in the FreeRepublic post title and I did not even read the excerpt. To that end, I did not even know the judge’s name nor do I care of the name or sex.

Given the info I had or cared to learn, I wrote a proper MLA sentence.

True, he can play the off-shore game....however, IRS also plays the game where you have to admit off-shore assets, and if he fails in that case....he gets into deeper trouble as time goes by.
