That is no certainty if Hunter is hiding at the White House. Typically, contempt arrests do not fall under the category of offenses bringing extradition. Usually, it happens only for felonies.
You're right. But the remedy that the judge has available in that case is a summary judgement with an extremely punitive dollar figure. Maybe 10's of millions. Plus it would be a lot of political hay for Republicans that pres Bidet does not need.
