JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo — Three 18-year-old suspects, who are high school seniors, were arrested in connection to a string of rock-throwing incidents at vehicles including the senseless attack that killed 20-year-old Alexa Bartell.

That overpass, and almost all the overpasses in New York America have barrier fences to prevent that kind of assault these days.
No they don’t, Dumas
Soros was funding a leftist DA in Jefferson County’s election, but they lost several years ago. I think that race may have pushed the election to the left. I don’t know if things have changed since then.
Well, you’ll know if these cretins are set free or slap on the wrist...................
Wild guess is that these three were drinking heavily and getting stoned before they hit 12 years old. The one named Koenig looks barely conscious.

Alexis King:
Crazy eyes.
That’s the scene of the crime. oops I mean incident.
Colorado’s a democrat state. I assume they’ll get their criminals out on the streets as soon as possible.
I hope not. BUT if I were the parent of the murdered girl and it did happen, I’d have my 6.5 creed more within a couple of hundred yards of at least one of the a$$holes’ house and drop him. Then go as quickly as I could to the next in hopes of terminating him before they caught me. Rinse and repeat. At that point I wouldn’t care if I got caught.
Allow me to clarify: Almost all overpasses with pedestrian paths. This is the site in question:
The iron rail fence has “always” been there. The chain link fence has been added since the unfortunate incident.
Drugs are never a mitigating factor, if one has control over whether of not he or she ingests them.
I didn’t intend to suggest mitigating behavior. Drugs have a casual relationship with bad behavior, which is why we are on a incredibly damaging path by legalizing them.
I’m sympathetic to the more libertarian take, that people should be able to do what they want, but there is a such a clear negative impact on places that legalize/decriminalize that we really need to stop.
