That seems to be the latest criticism du jour.
however, here is what I wonder…. If he were that bad at choosing employees and contractors, designers, etc… how did he build such a strong track record as a builder. My husband was an architect and a builder. You go broke very fast in this business if you don’t make good decisions in projects, both large and small.
I tend to think he was probably more unaware of how dangerously treacherous the creatures in D.C. had become over the years, and how determined the corrupted alphabet agencies had become. By the time he recognized the traitors in his midst, it was too late to drain the swamp in any dramatic fashion.
Time will tell whether or not this slower and less obvious approach will work. I am hopeful, but unsure that he will be able to overcome the ignorant among us.

Yes, now everyone is talking about “cures” but Trump was the only one pushing g Hydroxy and a bunch of other drugs and he was the one saying we should be back by resurrection Sunday. I guess I’m the only one who remembers the responses to that (both left and right). I wish he said, screw what everyone else is saying, I’m the President, don’t my way. Realistically that is asking a lot of him. Remember the daily death toll counters? Pretending Desanctimonius would have said screw what everyone else says do it my way is a joke. He backed off his Ukraine position with very little push back. Desanctimonius also, on live TV, got a 100 year old veteran to take the Vaccine...I wish Trump did better, I’m hard pressed to think of ANYONE in government who would have done better.
Unlike Trump, its obvious DeSantis IS playing 4D chess.
DeSantis is obviously well versed in "The Art of War' since he is toying with Trump and is effectively using Trump's infamous lack of self control and ego against him.

That is flat-out wrong. When the governors of NY, NJ, CT and PA got together and imposed joint lockdown orders in March of 2020, they publicly complained about the lack of direction and support from the Trump administration.
We said it here at the time. Many of us also called it when he shut the country down. He would lose the Presidency because the fix was in.
Trump stopped playing by the Alinsky rules and let them run all over him.
Liar, the Kemp thing was obvious, even at the time that they were trying to get Kemp and Trump to go at it. Trump said, maybe it’s a little early and I’m not happy about it but we’re going to be watching it very closely. Desanctimonius was never an early mover. The girl from South Dakota never locked down at all and she had the complete support of Trump on it because population density was different. Notice, Trump never used the strong arm of the fed to actually do anything in the GA case
