The state has spent billions of dollars on homelessness in recent years. So why is the crisis getting worse instead of better?Haha, they know exactly why and to pretend otherwise is just more BS.
This condition is now called the Business of Homelessness. It will never go away as it is a cash cow for the Socialists.

Seems logical that the more comfortable you make the homeless the greater the influx of homeless and the less likely they will be to try and change their circumstances.

Because the politicians, their supporters, and the drug cartels are the primary beneficiaries by design.

California lawmakers want to know why billions in spending isn’t reducing homelessness For a fee of merely 10 million dollars, I will tell them.

Won’t it be fun to see what that $743,400 taxpayer-funded audit finds and recommends?
Maybe they’ll implement something like Trump’s plan (LOL).

It’s simple. The more you cater to them, subsidize them, and kiss their filthy rearends, the more their ranks will grow.
Do the exact opposite of what the “low income and homeless advocates” recommend to reduce homelessness.

Gee! Maybe the money is being looted and going into the wrong pockets? NFS!!

How about it was shipped to Ukraine. And they shipped it back to BoBo Biden..and his crime family.

Easy. You get what you pay for. You spend money on the homeless, you get more homeless. But I wouldn’t expect a Democrat to understand this. Or care.

People aren't willing to do what it takes to help the homeless. Spending money is the last thing that will work.
When Guilani was mayor of NYC he said it was immoral to let people live on the streets. He would have officers travel with social workers to intervene and get these people to shelters where they can be treated and fed. Does it work most of the time? No, but it is far better than letting these people live on the streets in a pure hell to themselves and the innocent passers by.
Mental Institutions need to be reopened en masse as we live in a very sick society.
