If Nazism wasn't such a stupid idea to begin with, I could almost understand the appeal it might hae to Northern Europeans where you have Barbara Spector and the Kalergi plan and what not, but I don't get the idea of it appealing to ukrainians after Russia reverted to its Christian foundations and gave up on communism. That's just stupid.

...but, but, the Ukrainians are GOOD NAZIS, similar to the ‘Democrat Opposition’ in Syria that we supported (the fact that they were actually ISIS is not to be discussed here), or the Freedom Fighter in Kosovo (the fact that they committed at least as many crimes against humanity as the Serbian government is not to be discussed here), or a bunch more of a our recent bedfellows.

These Ukrainians only idolize the WW2 Nazis who killed the Jews in the first half of the 20th century, as I can assure you that not a single Ukrainian Nazi (today) had anything to do with killing Jews back then - so why should these ‘Good Nazis’ be associated with them, just because they use the same symbols and look at those past Nazis as heroes? Oh please, let’s not get picky - remember these are GOOD NAZIS, wouldn’t hurt a fly.

And so? What has that flag, or ideology, have anything to do with anything?

Russia has invaded an independant nation without any provocation. They have taken the Crimea and have continuously tried to crush and steal the rest of the nation. They have committed untold war crimes and those aren’t just ‘alleged’, they are plain as day everywhere on the news and video.

Putin’s stated aim is the reconstituted Soviet Union and threatened nuclear war on anyone who intervenes.

And somebody’s having the vapors over a stupid flag?

The Ukranians don’t have to be the good guys. Though,they are in this case. They weren’t planning to invade anybody.

They are a former occupied country left with a the debris of being a former Soviet state and then a Soviet/Russian corrupt puppet state. That’s a lot to overcome.
