How will they stop people from rushing the gates?
The chicago cops did an excellent job stopping the riots the other night, right?/sarc
I must be not long for this world. The only group I recognized was the Red Hot Chili Peppers and they are from 30 years ago.
What’s the over/under on the shootings and murders for this event? Is there an official betting site?
This is going to be the ****show to end all ****shows.
I can’t wait.

Yup. Summer is gonna already be underway and who knows what’ll happen by then?
I’m glad I will be nowhere near…
I remember when Lalla-Chicago used to have good music. This lineup is total crap.
I predict non stop political pandering.
FREE ABORTION REPARATIONS NOW... FREE HOUSING... WE LOKE TRANNIES... F DONALD TRUMP... WE LOVE BIDEN... OBEY THE GOVERNMENT.

Yeah, I’m searching for blue grass or jazz festivals in the southern states for the summer months. I’ll be no where near that area-—ever! We have a hard rule that we do not travel to states that do not have a reciprocity firearms agreement with our state. It pretty much keeps us below the Mason/Dixon line.
Where are the censorship cops from the Taliban when you need them? Riddle me that people.
Right there with you bro.
Jan 6th alumni here...
Every state was cool traveling from AZ to DC except for DC.
I cannot confirm nor deny that I had prohibited arms while in DC. ;0)
Get Some!
But garandamnteeed to fire you up. (See Drudge...)
That’s a good rule.
Having said that, I live in Illinois, about 90 miles from Chicago.
It’s frustrating at times.
38 years ago, I paid a buck to see them at a beer garden at the U of O.
Not the least bit interested in the lineup.
Will be interested in the homicide reports on HeyJackass!
HeyJackass! is the site to check. I always did like the “shot in the junk” stat.
Eleven of them so far this year.
True story.
I ran the Chicago Marathon for 3 consecutive years in a row.
On one occasion after finishing the marathon run, I headed straight to my hotel room. I was staying at the Adams Mark Hotel, somewhere north of Grants Park, near Watterson Tower and Wacker Drive.
I was walking down the street when an import car (MG?) parked along the curb came out of gear spontaneously and began to slowly roll down an incline towards me. It became apparent pretty quickly that I was going to be involved in stopping this vehicle from rolling down the street into the path of Wacker Drive and further down into Grants Park.
I accepted my role of fate and stood in the breech and stopped the vehicle before it gained any sense of momentum. OK, Now what do I do? I have now stopped a car from rolling on and crashing, existing on an incline, and if I release my grip, am I now responsible for the fate of this vehicle?
Being in Chicago, I could not get a single person walking by to help me with my dilemma. If I let go of the vehicle, it would continue on and crash somewhere down below my position.
I asked people walking by my position to help me, to no avail. Thanks, Chicago, and thank you cynical suspicious Chicago residents for ignoring me and not assisting me in any way. So, after stabilizing the car, and assessing my situation, I came up with a plan. I spotted landscape rocks that were left on the ground between the street curb and a boulevard that existed between the sidewalk and the street. I decided to briefly take my hands off the car and scramble to the spot between the road’s curb and sidewalk, and snatch up a rock to place in front of the car’s wheel, which is what I did, to great success. Once done, I simply walked away to my destination, the Adams Mark Hotel, and my hotel room.
Thanks for NOTHING Chicago pedestrian bitches.
I lived in Illinois, 3 hours south by automobile, in a rural farming community.
