Rush Limbaugh famously reassured his tens of millions of regular listeners many times, “It is never time to panic. It is never time to give up on America!” What would Rush say today?
I wish I could listen to Rush analyzing today’s news, including former President Trump’s indictment, the war-without-reason in Ukraine, the dollar losing its reserve status, the militant transgender movement, and a host of other issues leading many of us to begin a new transition, from concern to panic.
The pillars of civilization are under attack. These include our economy, our relationship with the rest of the world, our social fabric, and our constitutional liberty. The attacks and resulting mayhem are unprecedented and cheered on by one political party while treated like a minor hiccup by the opposition party.
Both parties are the problem and while the Republican party may be preferable to the Democrat party, in their current form, they are hardly the solution to our mess.
The media is cheering on atrocities that a generation or two ago they would be castigating at the top of their lungs. Principled politicians and statesmen are nonplussed, uttering hackneyed comments about “democracy,” “rule of law,” and “let the process play out” as our “shining city upon the hill” is washed away like a sand castle on a beach during a rising tide.
Should we be worried? What would Rush say?
The economy is a mess with daily news stories about another country abandoning the U.S. dollar for trade and commerce, favoring the Russian ruble, Chinese yuan, or gold, but no longer the U.S. dollar. What happens as these countries, now making up most of the world population, start dumping dollars?

I wonder what Rush would say.
The time to panic is long gone now.
It's time.
Way past time.
YES!!!! Progressives are our enemy!!
BTTT
Past time!
God is going to go all AD 70 Jerusalem on this country shortly...
Time has long since passed.
You are right about that. The only thing to do now is ride it out.
It is past that time. There will be no shooting Civil War; and, that is the only way to restore our Republic.
Panic? No, PAIN, yes.
We are in the middle of a Reveal phase, thus the seeming need for Panic. I expect the bumpy ride now will get much much bumpier. Consider that there are a number of theaters of concern about to blow up big time. Trump truthed yesterday ‘WORLD WAR III’, and mentioned it in recent rallies.
However, this is a Dark to Light situation... we need and will get thru much PAIN to get to better days.
Buckle Up, buttercups!
Buy an AR15 and learn how to use it. Make a list of your local communists. Act local, think local. Be ready when the balloon goes up. Before a civil war there is a forgotten phase: the settling of scores.
Lol. Almost 2100 years already. I think he is asleep. Certainly hasn’t been interested in coming back.
What the left proposes for society is not stable and goes against nature. It is always poised for collapse. It only stay intact and grows because of the enormous wealth surplus that the modern world (especially in the west) provides. The left cannot produce or build, only intimidate and take. All this to say, is that what the left proposes for society is artificial and not sustainable. My hope is that nature is on our side. They are fundamentally unstable and it would not take much to knock down the whole power structure of the left. It seems hopeless now, but if a REAL pandemic occurs or an EMP or an economic collapse (which the left is pushing us towards every day) the left will be ignored immediately and they will have no power.
Another aspect of leftism that is unstable is that the left inherently needs a strong law enforcement structure to impose their will but they also abandon their contract to society (in the cities especially) to protect their citizens from crime. I could go on and on, but as long as things remain reasonably good (like now) the left can continue its unnatural life, but when things go south, the left will collapse because it is inherently unstable.
Good post.
