I think they have decided to fight the craziness in an attempt to roll back the clock to ten minutes after sanity. I applaud their effort. However, I think they’ll lose because, almost certainly there was a vote, and the sorority admitted the man. The courts will likely say this isn’t a case where they have jurisdiction.

When I was a teen I thought about going into girls locker room, but for normal reasons (nude girls), not because I wanted to be a girl.

The problem is the law about rent discrimination will apply to all sororities, as well as to houses rented to groups. If you advertise for a room to rent in your house, such laws may be applicable to you. We need to first separate into those with and without penises, then no minor are allowed irreversible treatment, then have it diagnosed as a mental illness.
