Ahhh, I see your confusion.

Some teams have young girls heavily tattoed and strut like inner-city thugs.

Some other teams are loaded with "farm-girl" types (appearing wholesome).

It's not a racial thing - there are plenty of black girls who act like young ladies, and some white girls act like thugs.

It's a character issue, some teams recruit for talent AND character, some don't care about a girl's character, (and it shows).
