My comment was about negative thinking. I never mentioned EVs.
Are you a negative thinker?

BTW, I'm just pulling your leg.
Are you still in GA? I'm a Dawg though I spent most of my career in NYC.
I am a mountain biker and the only thing I like about EVs is ebikes.
At least so far, ebikes are permitted on mountain biking trails, so I am hoping some of my lard ass friends might take up the sport on ebikes and get in shape (slowly). Ebikes aren't great exercise but they are better than nothing.

My original comment (the one to which you first replied) was a facetious poke at previous commenters (interpretation for those with no sense of humor, a joke). No one at FR or anywhere in the sane world thinks this cargo bike is going to replace SUVs.
Did you take the article seriously?

I think the author took the article seriously and if you want to see EV fanaticism on FR ping TexasGator. So although the article is drivel, there is a segment of the population that thinks EVs are the answer to modern transportation rather than an inferior technology being rammed down our throats by government with the obvious goal of limiting our mobility. EVs and their proponents should be ridiculed and demeaned at every opportunity.

Are you ready to say goodbye to all the high costs of owning a car and hello to a new electric cargo bike as a cost-effective alternative? Like that dainty thing could haul even one hay bale. Or a month of supplies. Or one kid.
Let's not even get into weather.
In other words, "kids, back away from the crazy man slowly and when I throw the biscuit to him run for the truck."
