A heavy downpour would work wonders on that tricycle .... fill up the basket, short out the motor, drench the driver ....
We have arrived in the third world. My first thought.
Now try it with three kids and a dog going on a family trip with luggage. Electric bicycles are for single eunuchs.
...and how is this to work on the several mile 6% grade to and from my neighborhood to either of two Walmarts near me?
Remember the photos in your social studies books of all the Chinese riding bikes? (Maybe you aren’t that old.)
I use a trailer, because keeping any load on the frame of a bike itself is suicidal.
They can “aim” for whatever they want.
And so can I..........
Should cut down on carjackings. Thugs will just knock your ass out and walk away.
um, I don’t think so.
These will be de rigueur for all those wishing to signal their virtuousness.
Yep. I for one certainly look forward to hoping on my electric cargo bike and making the 30 mile round trip to the grocery store. Oh, and we need to pick up a new tractor tire next week, so I assume the bike will have no problem hauling the old one to the tire shop to be replaced.
Oops, now that I look at the picture, I don’t think the thing will haul a lawn mower tire, much less the replacement tire for the tractor.
Never mind. I’ll pass.
Chick magnet..
Remember the Segeways from years ago and how they were going to revolutionize travel? Has anyone seen one lately? Did anyone see a person using one back then? I saw one on a college campus about a year after they were first introduced. One time. That’s it and I haven’t seen one since.
Perfect for hauling your jars of boiled cockroaches and cartons of wheat grass juice purchased from the government grocery store...after standing in line for three hours and using your ration card. There is a rumor that rat jerky may be in stock next week. Pass the soylent green, please...
I saw two, together, a few years after the hype. I can’t think of a less practical conveyance for the Oregon coast.
LOL!
