The mom would likely win if it was in a red state. But in D.C. I doubt it.
I see a bright future for lawyers suing over the COVID vaccines. And we the taxpayers will be on the hook for all of it.
Drug manufacturers have legal immunity from being sued.. hospitals, businesses, schools ... that mandate experimental, not approved jabs do Not have legal immunity / can be sued for adverse reactions, like myocarditis, pericarditis .. death..

I would be livid.
First of all, never ever let your young children go into the doctor’s examination room without you. They are not informed enough to ask or answer questions which are important to their health.
Next, so many parents do not realize how many “well respected” pediatricians have been found to be child sexual abusers. This mother failed in her duty to be watchful over her children’s general welfare.
This mother made the first mistake, but the medical malpractice was on the part of the physician’s office. I would be suing everyone connected to that office.
I’m thinking “sue” isn’t the proper response in this situation.
Why would a mother not go inside the room with the children? Makes no sense.
No kidding. This a-hole doctor is lucky she is being sued.
Louisiana High School administered the vaxx to children without parental consent .. egregious and reckless actions of .. schools went well beyond any legal or moral bounds and at a minimum, constitute a battery upon the minor child..
