Shoplifters have hit the upscale consignment store 19 times, stealing more than $56,000 in luxury bags, clothing and shoes over the past year.
PORTLAND, Ore. — It was March 2022 when Tamara Young decided to take the leap. Business was brisk at her upscale consignment store in Southwest Portland, and she wanted to expand. So, the owner of Consign Couture made the move, expanding her operation to a second location in Washington Square.

The younger generations and their illegal alien amigos are having difficulty understanding the meaning of “The Land of the Free.” They think it means FREE STUFF. You can get anything you want for FREE in America with a race card. What’s in your wallet?

So given a 30% profit after all expenses, the store would need to sell another $190,000 just to get back to square one.
Drug addiction is certainly part of it, the lack of fear of punishment is big, personally I think another big part of the motivation is organized crime, in this case they are stealing high end purses and other high end merchandise, to resell on Ebay or other forums and selling to higher level gangsters who probably give out orders on what they are looking for and the street thieves go out and steal the specific merchandise and get paid for results.

This is easy to remedy.
Secure the entrance with an electronic door. Have someone to collect ID’s as you walk in. The door does not open for exiting unless it is certain you did not lopshift.
Human garbage. If she were allowed to shoot the thieves or cut off their hands this would stop.
When I see stories, about this crap, liberal harpies, are all of the sudden "outraged" about theft, I think of this 1966 Rolling Stones song.
