I like watching the Youtube channel ‘I Am Puma’. It’s about a oouple in Russia who took on a cougar from a zoo, which had health issues.

Today, I found another one, which appears to be also from Russia: Luna the Pantera, again about a family that took on a big cat with health issues. This video seems to show a pre-Christian Slavic tradition of ‘burning the Winter’ in effigy, at Shrovetide:

I kind of like that idea. Even though we’ve had a very mild Winter, as I get older I appreciate Summer more.
