I haven’t been to an IHOP for a while now.
Not since I walked into one here in Arizona and saw a big, “NO FIREARMS” sign, above the cash register, not on the front door as it is supposed to be.
The real problem came when I asked the manager for a written letter guaranteeing my safety. He refused. I left. I haven’t been back.

I rarely have pancakes, but made some yesterday and finished the batter today. What a coincidence!

I used Kodiak Whole Wheat mix (just add water) and popped three slices of thick-cut, hickory smoked bacon in the air fryer. Served with some butter and real maple syrup...yum!

I’m glad I celebrated the day not even knowing it was Pancake Day.

Question: Why don’t we get a Pancake Month like homos and blacks?

Not much for eating pancakes for breakfast - too many carbs and too much sugar to start my day. Almost like a breakfast dessert, ditto for most cereals that have been called “breakfast candy.”

Family loves pancakes, however, waffles even more.

I love a good buttermilk pancake. There’s some places in town (not ihop) that serve cakes that are bigger than the plate they are served on.

That is one breakfast item I never liked, and I worked at a pancake resteraunt where we served so etching like 60 different combos of pancakes, everything from traditional to clam and lobster pancakes.

Waffles i do like though- not as fi.ling and heavy on The stomach i guess.

A. Pancake ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs, milk, and oil create a batter. Spoonfuls of batter are then poured onto a hot griddle to make this tasty flat cake.

Oil?

Oil?

Melted butter!

Or be branded a cheapskate with no taste forever.
