We should all eat low carb veggies and fruits, but there may be benefits to other dietary tweaks concerning some animal-based foods.

Switching to a plant based would ruin most days for the rest of my life.
I prefer to enjoy the few years I have left.

Meat is good for you.
What’s coming is false doctrine (”doctrines of devils”) that killing animals and cooking them and eating them is wrong.
But the definition of right and wrong is the Bible NOT political correctness, and the Bible says that meat is good for you and nothing to be refused.

No need to even worry, if you don’t have prostate cancer.

As a dr in the article states, these findings may simply go along with the fact that if someone eats a healthy diet they will tend to do other healthy things like exercise and keep stress to a minimum.

I’ve never seen any evidence that vegetarians live longer than anyone else. There’s a growing number of people on the internet that swear that by going carnivore and eliminating carbs they’ve improved their health and feel much better. Personally I’m staying in between the two extremes and just go with a mixed diet unless solid evidence appears that one diet is vastly superior to another.

WHAT? No bacon? Forget it. Prostate cancer is usually slow growing. Old age kills before prostate cancer in most cases.

I eat a mix of every food available in grocery stores. And I plan on living to age 103. Exercise 4 times every week is the only thing which can achieve my goal.
