You miss my point. All of these were righteous revolts. Allende and Marcos and Yanukevych were disasters. All of them were elected, and at one time were quite popular.
Democracy often throws up disasters, and there may not be constitutional means available to correct these mistakes.

Issue was Ukraine picking a Russian trade deal over an EU one. I think the west was also looking for revenge because Russia saved Assad in Syria. Give the western warmongers credit though, it worked. I think Musk is thinking about the 2004 runoff election, which was dodgy. After the Orange Revolution, results of that election were tossed out and a new election held. Yanukovych lost the do-over.
