successful Sydney cosmetic dentist and injectables expert has died suddenly, prompting an outpouring of grief from friends and loved ones.

Dr Chad Hazouri - who practiced at Dental Facial Clinic in West Ryde - had gained a reputation as a pioneer in his field during his 30-year career.

A procedure with the popular doctor had even been dubbed the 'Dr Chad Experience'.

Dr Houzari's loved ones - many of whom were shocked to hear of his passing - this week took to social media to express their grief.
