Working from home for the past three years has gotten me out of shape. Got tired more easily, needed more naps, and then the last straw started having shoulder impingement pain making it hard to do my job (on the computer all the time).

Finally started eating healthy and exercising and wow it has made a difference. Shoulder pain is getting better as the shoulder muscles are toned. Got more energy. Don't feel the need for a nap.

Had to get painful before I turned it around though. Probably should have started earlier.

I’m 79...Thye shoulder impingement finally got me. I start therapy Monday.
