Hope therapy works for you. I was cheap and just watched YouTube videos to figure out how to recover. Bought a 20 dollar exercise band, but so far thats the only expense.

I’m 84 my wife will soon be 83.
Therapy with our shoulders is critical to keep the scar tissue at a minimum and our muscles able to do the job.
It seem like for my wife and I, we need to do the shoulder reps at minimum of 3-4 times a week and just while walking.
Have your PT show you exercises while
Walking, standing, sitting, by a dresser and in bed.
I try to walk a mile per day and use the walking sticks to keep my shoulder able to move without pain.

You beat me by about 15 years! I’m no stranger to physical therapy. Keep up with it and do what they tell you and you will stay away from the guys with the long knives.
