Many decades ago my family would fix me up in blind dates with women like that—total waste of their time and mine.
It was so easy to spot.
(I ended up marrying a farmer’s daughter who learned how to chop wood with an axe, and continued to do it after we were married—it was the right call.)

I am moving into the addition and giving them the place.
As with everything in life there are strengths and weaknesses—a child for a single mom is a big weakness.
That means that her strengths need to be very high if she wants a (semi decent) husband.
She better be drop-dead gorgeous, have an amazingly friendly, positive and supportive attitude, and convince the guy she is madly in love with him and will take care of his every need and want.
Probably only one in a hundred women of her age can pull that off....

In 2018, you could argue that Florida was still a purple state. But since then, you've had many Conservatives flee blue states especially with covid-19 pandemic and DeSantis was able to appeal to Latinos plus the Democrats are not doing themselves a favor to that crucial bloc by labeling them as "Latinx".

Actually, the majority of single black adult males are childless. It’s the deadbeats/players that are having 5 and 6 kids with player women.
Single white moms are on the rise, too.
Society is fractured and you are correct, the Devil has his claws in people.
A growing segment of middle and upper class black males are going outside the US to find wives.
Apparently, like countless men of every color, they don’t find the “boss bitch” attitude appealing in a woman.
