This isn’t news.
The more processed a food is, no matter what kind of food it is... Vegetables, Meat, fruit... the worse it is for you.. this has been known and proven for decades.
Which is why I laugh at the faux meat crowd when they try to tell me they are living healthier.
As processed is that faux meat is, it is far far worse for you than just eating a real hamburger.
