We now know that Vitamin D supplementation provides substantial benefit in terms of reducing the risk of admission to intensive care during the Corona virus pandemic. 72% is the probable figure. Certainly substantial.
And it probably provides a substantial protection against death. 51% is the probable figure.
I was taking it when I got delta and took ivermectin and quercetin and boom one day of fever. No loss of taste or smell.
I take vitamin D every day and have for over 20 years. I swear by four supplements, even though I take more. Vitamin D, probiotics, zinc, and glucosamine.
Really interesting. They could so easily have taken D3.
And BTW, I was PR person for a place that served autistic children. Many are just dear, sweet kids who grow up with varying degrees of function. I rented a house from a high-functioning autistic man who was best landlord ever. I invited him for Sunday dinner once a month, and enjoyed his company.
“The Special Olympics” is my charity of choice.
Send them back...
When I was new to my area and didn’t have a doctor, I used Lemonaid Health for a fewtelehealth visits. My insurance didn’t cover it, but it was like $50.

I have to take 10,000iu D daily to maintain my level of @ 60. Have you been D tested? Had an acqaintance who had to take 100,000iu daily because she did not metabolize it. Hope you get better soon.
Are you taking zinc, as well?
5,000 may not be enough for you/your metabolism.
Easy to have your D level tested.
Did you have the shots?
Hope you are done with getting ‘the crap’, for good!
Another teledoc that I have seen FReepers mention, repeatedly.
Good luck....and, keep us posted, please.
Prayers for you.
Sending some virtual chicken soup. 💕
That’s a lot of vitamin d already
Excess vitamin d reduces vitamin k and gamma tocopherol. There is more heart disease among people with low gamma tocopherol.
Small vitamin d excess increases absorption of toxic metals. A big vitamin d excess would be a disaster for a sick person.
Vitamin d test results above 32 ng/ml are not reliable. The result is the sum of vitamin d and inactivated vitamin d. People who test to try to reach 60 ng/ml can’t know what their values are from their test results. An accurate test would be more expensive and labs don’t offer them.
I am not jabbed, and never been diagnosed with Covid.
Dr refuses to test D levels
All they do is tell me to come in for a test! I can’t get there!!!
Get your own test...there are ways, but you will have to pay...doc is incompetent
Won’t do any good!! Too late for ivermectin. Can’t get to a pharmacy. I appreciate the concern but I have no help and stuck out in the boonies
Please stop
I can’t get anydamwhere!
I was homeless because Antifa burned me out! I’m where I don’t know anyone!
I just want to go home to die!
I have to pay? I had no god-damned medicare when I left my county after being burned out! You don’t get medical help homeless!
I’ve been paying all my medical for 2 plus years!

Boy are you a dumb azz. Using Wikipedia as a cite gets you an automatic F. What rock did you crawl out from under.
There is a reason you were only an 03 after 22+ years when you should have been an 05 or minimally an 04 Jon.
Go back to the bar you REMF and call your handler for better info.
