The more you accept their entitlement claim, the more entitled they feel, because it is not grounded in reality.

How about African-descendant reparations for the Jews enslaved in Egypt?

And while the hucksters are asking for reparations, the Mexicans in California are racially cleansing entire communities of blacks.
This will end in ways that we can’t begin to imagine.

$500k each would be enough.
For 2023, I mean. Next year, of course, they'd need another $500k, and probably a cost of living increase. And so on.

Better from their point of view to put it on the ballot, which the Legislature is empowered to do. The Latino community would vote crap this down instantly. Then we'll see how fond the libs are of open borders. LOL!

Isn’t the fact that 13% of the population causes over 50% of the violent crime reparations enough?

Before long, there will be widespread instances of “street reparations” being extracted from random whites. Bank on it.

Burn
my cities?
More like their cities.
I live out in the country—far rural enough to be listed in an unincorporated county property.
Burn, baby, burn!

Will the descendants of those 700,000 who spilled their blood and guts on battle fields all across the lands East of the High Sierras, to settle the slavery question, get anything for their sacrifice?
How about those who gave up arms, legs, eyes for the cause?

If slavery in the past is why inner city blacks is to blame for their economic situation, why are Caribbean blacks in the US not similarly poor? Why do they choose to not live among inner city blacks?

"In December, one attendee at the task force meeting called for $350,000 per eligible individual.
Seems like that amount should be subject to a capital gains tax.

I was wondering that, too. When you think of ‘Slavery’ it was usually an East Coast-import thing. That’s why the eastern/coastal states were so adamant to keep slavery while our Constitution was being written.
