California seeks to disbar Trump adviser Eastman over Jan. 6 charges
The Spokesman Review ^ | Jan. 26, 2023 | Mariana Alfaro

The State Bar of California on Thursday filed a notice of disciplinary charges against former Donald Trump attorney John Eastman over what bar officials said were Eastman's alleged efforts to aid Trump in his bid to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

The complaint levels 11 different disciplinary -- not criminal -- charges against Eastman detailing various efforts to craft and play a leadership role in trying to reverse Trump's loss to Joe Biden, which hinged on false claims about widespread election fraud that the state bar claims led to the deadly Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol.

"There is nothing more sacrosanct to our American democracy than free and fair elections and the peaceful transfer of power," California State Bar Chief Trial Counsel George Cardona said in a statement.

"The Notice of Disciplinary Charges alleges that Mr. Eastman violated this duty in furtherance of an attempt to usurp the will of the American people and overturn election results for the highest office in the land—an egregious and unprecedented attack on our democracy—for which he must be held accountable," Cardona said.

"There is nothing more sacrosanct to our American democracy than free and fair elections..."

I wonder if that guy was giggling when he said that.

The "woke" crowd is vindictive and venomous.

I thought lawyers advising their client is sacrosanct.
Think how many mob and politician lawyers we can get if this goes through.

Thanks Arnold for allowing the left to take over, when you could have governed as a Republican.

What does this mean? Is it that they cannot practice law in California? They surely cannot have the ability to disbar them nationwide. And if they do, can the Bar in Wyoming disbar communist lawyers around the country?

Anyone have an explanation for this?

Twitter files have revealed, there are no free and fair elections in the United States. The Government interferes with the media, and free speech, and without the 1st Amendment you cannot have free and fair elections. Second, you have areas wherein there are more votes than voters. Third, you have videos of mules voting multiple times. Finally, you have foreign government interfering in our elections—see Biden’s money and China.

This is the kind of sh-t that will eventually lead to civil war. When governments use their power against political enemies or those with different political leanings, those people will eventually rebel. If justice is not available, it will be taken.

Another day and another joke lawsuit coming out of California.

We know the term ‘secession’ from Southern States rebelling and making a run at independence.

California might make the first case for ‘expulsion.’

Attorneys get praised for zealously representing pedophiles, rapists, murderers, and terrorists, but don’t you DARE represent President Trump.

In California, premier Boalt Law School turned hard left fifty years ago and it has been downhill ever since.

<>What does this mean?<>

Recall the lives and families of Trump associates ruined by Deep State lawfare.

Same thing with his attorneys.

Who would dare work for President Trump if he is allowed to win in 2024?

Kamala Harris, Education: Howard University, B.A. political science and economics, 1986; University of California, Hastings College of the Law, J.D., 1989. Actually, Hastings is by far the inferior school when compared to Boalt.
