Very unusual for a crocodile to hold meat in its mouth for that long and not eat it. Very unusual it dropped off the body right next to the rescue boat.

Yeah, I reckon that crocodile was probably just already full so he was planning to keep him for a midnight snack, not trying to be helpful.
